Objective
This SOP provides clear instructions for creating, submitting, and processing employee invoices to ensure accurate compensation through Wise, maintain consistent records, and meet deadlines.
Payment Platform
All salary and compensation will be processed exclusively through Wise.
No other platforms (e.g., PayPal, GCash, bank transfer) are allowed.
If you do not have a Wise account, create one here: Sign up for Wise
Invoice Requirement
Every payout must be supported by an official invoice.
Use the template at invoice-generator.com.
Consistency: Create an account on Invoice Generator for record-keeping.
Upload this logo on your invoice: Invoice Logo.
Creating an Invoice – Step by Step
Sign Up & Account Setup
Go to invoice-generator.com and click Sign Up.
Enter your full name, email, and create a password.
Verify your email if prompted and log in.
In Settings/Profile, enter your full name (matching Wise) and email.
Upload the official invoice logo.
Invoice Creation
Click New Invoice.
Fill out all required fields:
Invoice Date
Coverage Period (e.g., Sept 1–15, 2025)
Task/Role (e.g., Customer Support – Ticket Handling)
Total Hours Worked
Hourly Rate
Total Amount Due
Verify all details are accurate.
Download the invoice as a PDF.
Name the file: [Full Name] – [Coverage Period].pdf

Invoice Content
Each invoice must include:
Full Name (must match Wise account)
Invoice Date
Coverage Period
Task/Role
Total Hours Worked
Hourly Rate
Total Amount Due
Wise Account Email
Submission Process & Deadlines
Upload invoices on or before:
15th of the month, EOD → payout on 16th
30th/31st of the month, EOD → payout on 1st
Team Leads review invoices for accuracy and notify BV for processing.
Late or incorrect invoices will be processed in the next cycle.
Important Notes
Task/role must be specified for every invoice.
Full Name and Wise account details must match exactly.
Resolve any discrepancies before submission.
Invoices not uploaded by the cutoff will not be processed.
